Custom sizing is available on stretch bracelets only. Measure wrist size carefully. We recommend using a piece of string and wrapping it to desired fit, then measuring length of string. Custom sized bracelets cannot be returned or exchanged.

Almost too small

I always have to pay for custom sizing due to small wrists. They have always gotten my bracelets just right, but this time it is almost too tight. I always send the same measurement so I don’t know why this happened. I do appreciate that they have this option though!
